The LandFans™ Partner Program is a referral and connection service for LandFans who need short-term funding for a land deal.

You submit your deal through a short form. We review it for completeness and route it to a lender whose criteria fits your deal type, location, timeline, and numbers. If it is a fit, we introduce you directly so you can move forward on underwriting and closing.

All lending decisions and terms are between you and the lender.
